DIAA Physicals:

All student athletes are required to have a current physical on file (prior to the start of spring season) in Magnus.  Physical exams need to occur after April 1, 2023 in order to be accepted for the 2023-2024 school year.  Please make sure to use the current forms available below. No paper copies of the physical will be accepted.  Physicals uploaded after 2/19 may cause a delay in a student athlete's clearance to participate on the first day of spring sport practices, which is Monday, February 26th.
